Meeting note
We had a meeting to plan the sprint using the Project Management Methodology Conference and we started talking about the ICT ShowRoom that will take place on March 5, 2020. We then had our project validated and we had a 3-minute presentation to present it, which we prepared in advance. We had a meeting at the beginning of the project with UNICA and then with our group to implement ideas. It was said that workers and professionals are normal clients. UNICA would like to get more information about them. It is these clients who bring the most money. We also talked about competition because UNICA wants more clients, including off-peak clients. Now it is the restaurant for students. But are the students willing to pay more? It was said that we also need to work on the structure of the place, interviewing UNICA customers by doing a survey.
