Meeting note

We had a meeting to plan the sprint using the Project Management Methodology Conference and we started talking about the ICT ShowRoom that will take place on March 5, 2020.
We then had our project validated and we had a 3-minute presentation to present it, which we prepared in advance.

We had a meeting at the beginning of the project with UNICA and then with our group to implement ideas.
It was said that workers and professionals are normal clients. UNICA would like to get more information about them. It is these clients who bring the most money. We also talked about competition because UNICA wants more clients, including off-peak clients. Now it is the restaurant for students.
But are the students willing to pay more? It was said that we also need to work on the structure of the place, interviewing UNICA customers by doing a survey.
We have created a trello to share and write down the tasks to be done.
We met several times in order to find solutions or ideas to improve the space, the organization to think also to enlarge it, to prepare the questioning for the clients, but also to compare UNICA with the competition.
We also had the idea to make a simulation with the analysis of the frequentation of the restaurant during the day with a graph, to try to understand the frequentation of the day. But also to work on meal times to limit peak hours (idea: take away?) If we charge more per student we have to add something, an extra sale. Maybe invest in recharging stations or television for sports or other to attract customers. We also need to work on the poster to show the place to the customer, create new signage, and on the space (idea: create a high table for people who don't have too much time). We also need to think about the security deposit: the student will come back if he invests 0.25% more? The idea is also to try to focus on green because people will pay more for green. You have to build customer loyalty by putting an event challenge with other unica: eat in 4 restaurants in one week and you get a patch, or the food day in Finland: something organized. The goal is to do something dynamic
We met to update the team's activity. We had two arrivals: Mathilde JANNET and Justine MICHELON.
We created questionnaires to question UNICA's clients, to find out how many of them there are, why they come, ask them what's wrong... We analysed the results of this face-to-face survey. We also created new logos to create change. We also analysed the plans of the restaurant and sketched out a new layout, new furniture, new interior design, taking into account the customer's opinion. We met on a regular basis to discuss new ideas for improvement and implementation.
We had a meeting with the director of UNICA to show him our project, our progress, and what he thinks about it in order to know what needs to be redone, modified or perfected.
Afterwards we summarized the key points of the sprint planning sessions in our blog, indicating the important results.
We all made a summary of the completed tasks that we pooled together for publication on our blog.
We got together to talk about our ideas, which we then discussed with the teacher, such as putting more precision in the logos as well as colour. Then we divided up the tasks to be done and we talked about the tasks of optima and the final task to start getting organized.
Then we divided up the videos to watch on optima where we each make a comment.
